For this assignment, you will develop a PowerPoint presentation describing capacity in your own or another organization.  Your presentation must describe components of the capacity, as well as the roles each (person) plays in the process of delivering goods and/or services.  The course concept of focus in this assignment is a system, process, and procedural improvement, to understand the functioning of capacity through an actual example.
